The Form 1040 is the form your tax return is being prepared on. If you are under 65 you will have a Form 1040. If you are 65 or older then you get a 1040SR. They are identical as far as the line numbers and calculations. The 1040SR just has bigger type.
You can look at your Form 1040.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
