031-04

I'm getting multiple 031-04 errors and have followed TT's suggestions. We verified with the IRS that we used the correct AGI from 2021 and tried using 0.

 

Last year, I had the same problem, but fixing it with 0 worked, but not this year.

 

I paid TT $25 to file with the state, but that's being rejected too.  Any ideas?  Neither the correct AGI from the IRS nor 0 are accepted.
