Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan (SLCSP) Percentage after Divorce

My divorce was finalized 10/2024, but my ex-spouse was still on my insurance until 12/2024. How do I calculate my percentage of the SLCSP? I was the primary person paying for the premiums every month. My spouse had no income for 2024

How will you allocate the premiums and the Advanced Premium Tax Credit if you have one?  You can select the same amount for columns A, B, and C.

Basically, you and your spouse can agree to any amount between 0% and 100% for the allocation as long as it totals 100%.  This means you can claim 100% and they can claim 0%.

If you and your spouse cannot agree, then you will both allocate 50%.
