How do i remove my HSA form

You can remove the HSA form using the following steps:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select My Account on the top right and then select tools (see attached my account)

3. Select Delete a Form (see attached delete a form)

4. Find Form 8889 and select delete next to it
