How do I remove my daycare provider from my tax preparation? I don't know her SSN

You can delete your daycare provider information by deleting form 2441- Child

Login to your TurboTax online account

Click the Take me to my return

Click My Account > Tools; A pop up window will appear

Click Delete a form.

Click Delete next to Form 2441 - Child and Dependent Care Expenses
