You are in the wrong topic. There are two options under medical, the first being HSA, MSA contributions the second being Medical Expenses. You can use the Back button to go back to the listing and choose Medical Expenses.
You can also just check None of the Above when asked to select the type of account you had. On the next screen, when asked What type of High deductible plan you have, check None. Hit continue and this time, choose medical Expenses from the topics.
