Why isn't the deduction for Mortgage Insurance available on the 1098 portion of TurboTax? I can deduct interest and taxes, but not Insurance?

The deduction for Mortgage Insurance expired at the end of tax year 2016. It has not been renewed or extended for tax year 2017.
