Why does my foreign tax itemized deduction show up as a generation-skipping gift?

Under Deductions & Credits > Foreign Taxes, choosing to enter an itemized deduction results in Foreign Taxes remaining at $0.00, while the item I entered appears under Other Deductible Expenses as a generation-skipping tax. Is this a bug?
