Why does it say I have a financial account in a foreign country?

I don't think I have a foreign account - how do I solve this

You  may have inadvertently indicated that you have a foreign account while proceeding through the program.

Add/Delete Foreign Income:

1. Open your return (if not already open).
2. Enter "foreign income" in the Search box.
3. Click on "jump to foreign income" link.  
4. On the "Did You Make Any Money Outside the United States?" landing page, Answer "Yes"  if you did or "No" if you did not.
