What section of TurboTax are you in and are you using the desktop software or TurboTax Online?
I am using the online version. When I look at my wages & income summary page, it is showing the exact amount of my medical expenses under Misc. Income. I can open every tab under Misc. Income for review / edit and none of these show anything. But it clearly shows on my wages & income summary page...and my income is adjusted to show the medical expenses on top of my income falsely inflating my income.
I'm not sure why your medical expenses are showing as income. It may appear that way in the worksheets but not on the tax return. I suggest you look at your form 1040 to see if the medical expenses show there as income. They would appear in Part 1 of Schedule 1 Additional Income and Adjustments to Incomes. The total of your other income would appear on line10 and you can look on lines 1 through 9 to see what makes up that total.
If you don't see the other income listed in Schedule 1, then look on your Form 1040 to make sure it is not included in your total income on line 9. If not, then it should not be a problem.

Thank you @ThomasM125
In looking at my 1040 Tax Summary, the income is increased by the amount of my medical expenses which makes no sense. It looks like this is a software error.
To better assist you, could you please share where on your return do you see your income being increased by your medical expenses? Also, please share what version of TurboTax you are using.
