Why am I not getting my full Home Energy Credit?

I spent 4365 dollars on a qualified Air conditioner for my house and from everything I found with the IRS it should be qualified for 30% of the purchase with a cap of $600 if not $1200 now with recent changes. It is only giving me a $50 dollar credit. Anyone know why this may be?
