Yes, if it has living quarters with cooking and bathroom facilities you can include the interest on your itemized returns if you are treating it as your second home.

This is done under the Home section by clicking Federal>>Deductions & Credits>>Show More next to your Home>>enter it as a 1098, even if you do not have one.
