Where do you enter Hazard Insurance that is listed on the 1098 form (that is separately listed from Tax Escrow)? do you combine these values in the Property Taxes field ?

No, don't combine your hazard insurance with your property taxes. They are very different expenses.

If the insurance on your home, it is not deductible.

If the insurance is on a rental or a business property, enter the amount as insurance in the rental or self-employment section.
