Unfortunately that doesn't cover it. I received paid medical leave through the state of Washington's Paid Family Medical Leave program. They will not be providing a 1099-G form for medical leave. They only provide one for family leave. When I try to enter it without a 1099-G I can't continue. When I try to enter from another source it tells me that if it's paid by my employer that it'll be on my W-2, but it wasn't paid by my employer. I have no idea how to enter it.
I see. It's medical leave not family leave.
Turns out this is a very complicated question. Here is a very long prior discussion on the topic. There doesn't seem to be a clear answer, but there are a number of suggestions in this thread.
