Where do I put AZ Form 201 renters property taxes paid information?

TurboTax does not have an entry for the renter’s property tax credit. This is because you need to get your landlord to complete and sign a form 201 and then you attach form 140PTC (from your TurboTax state return) and mail it to the state government.

Arizona does not have a renter's credit for most people. However, if you are over 65 and have AZ AGI of less than $5,000, you can apply for a credit based on the amount of property tax included in your rent. Your landlord must provide you with an AZ 201 form to prove taxes paid, and you mail this in with an AZ 140 PTC form to get your credit. Both forms and instructions are available for download at AZDOR.gov.

Please see https://azdor.gov/forms/individual/renters-certificate-property-taxes-paid-form for the form and instructions for form 201, and https://azdor.gov/forms/2018-individual-tax-forms/form-140ptc-property-tax-refund-credit-forms for the form and instructions for 140PTC.
