If you enter the Student's Information and the Qualified Education Expenses with form 1098-T, the TurboTax Education Optimizer will create and complete this form for you, if you qualify for the credit. 

After you have entered all of your Education Expenses and information, please follow the steps in the FAQ below. I understand that it is called an override, but it will only save it to your return if you choose to. Otherwise you can use it to view which Education Credits you qualify for and which Credit TurboTax recommends.
