Where do I enter tax credit for new windows?

Form 5695 allows for window installation tax credit, but your TurboTax doesn’t allow for its entry?

Try stepping through the input again; there are a lot of variables with the form.

1. Open (continue) your return if you don't already have it open.
2. Inside TurboTax, in the Search box at top, enter the exact phrase 5695, residential energy credit.
3. Select the Jump to 5695, residential energy link in your search results.
4. At the bottom of the Energy-Saving Home Improvements screen, answer Yes, then select Continue.
5. On the Energy-Saving Improvements for Your Home page, if your answers are Yes, Yes and No to the three questons on the page, you'll come to the Tell Us How Much You Paid for Energy-Saving Improvements page, where you should be able to enter your window expenses.

If you made any window improvements in prior years, your credit may be limited or eliminated.  Please see Instructions for Form 5695 for more information.
