You enter your property taxes in TurboTax, while logged in and working in your return:

• Click on Federal Taxes
• Click on Deductions & Credits
• Next to "Property (Real Estate) Taxes click on Start or Edit
• The program will walk you through claiming your property tax deduction

Note:  You mentioned escrow.  You can only deduct the amount of tax paid to the taxing authority. So, if you paid more into your escrow account than the amount of your tax bill, you can still only deduct the amount of the tax bill that was paid.
