Where do I enter propert tax paid on our second home located in a state other than our permanent resident state?

You can claim property taxes you paid on all your properties, wherever they are situated anywhere in the world.

You can add up all property taxes you paid and claim them as a lump sum under Deductions and Credits > Your Home > Property (Real estate) taxes
