To enter Gambling Losses, the question is asked after you are done entering your gambling winnings. On the W-2G Summary screen click Done, on the Any Other Gambling Winnings? screen check No if no more winnings to enter, the next screen is Gambling Losses – enter the amount of Gambling Losses (Losses cannot exceed the amount of your winnings).
If you have multiple W2G forms you can add them together as long as the payer’s Federal Identification Numbers are the same, make sure the income (and withholding if any) are added correctly.

- Wages & Income (Personal Income for Home & Business or Self-Employed)
