Where can I find total Hsa value

I am completing my tax and I am stuck at the part that ask what is my total Hsa value? Which document should I check to find this ?

You should have received Form 5498-SA form the financial institution that facilitates the account. That form shows your balance in Box 5.

You should also have access to an online account to check as well.
