When you do taxes for multiple on demand delivery, such as Doordash, Grubhub, uber eats and Postmates, do you combine all your mileage you drove together in one spot, or is there a spot to separate mileage driven?

If you file ONE Sch C then all the income and expenses  from all like kind sources are combined on to the one form.

I'm doing self employment income and 1099-misc and W2

Yes you will enter the W-2 and the  Sch C on the same tax return.
