Where do I mark that I did not receive 1098 for Home Equity Loan

Where do I mark that I did not receive a 1098 for my home equity loan?  I have a home equity loan, but the interest was under $600, so I did not receive a 1098.  One of the other answers posted said to mark that I did not get a 1098, but I do not see a place to do this.

In addition, do I have to fill out the other fields, other than the interest field, such as mortgage balance, etc?  If I do, is this the balance of the home equity loan, or the actual mortgage, which was through a different lender?

When you enter your mortgage interest you can select the box that your information does not match your Form 1098.

Complete all the fields that you have the information for such as the loan balance.  Use the information for each different lender by using the "Add a lender" option, one for each lender.

You can go directly to the mortgage interest entry using the steps below.

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select My Account in the top Right 

3. Select Tools

4. Select Topic Search (see attached image)

4. Search for mortgage interest and select Go

This will take you to the interview process for these deductions. (images attached to assist)
