When I entered expenses for my W2 Employee Home Office it had no impact my taxes due. Does this sound right?

When you are a W-2 employee, Business Use of Home Office is not a complete deduction, it is limited to 2% of your AGI.  It is not unlikely these expenses had no impact on your taxes due.
