Were you self-employed or were you a W-2 employee?
It depends. If you were a W-2 employee, then no., you cannot deduct any of your travel expenses.
If you were a a 1099-NEC worker, then possibly. In order to claim the lodging expenses, it would have to be considered temporary which the IRS generally considers to be a year or less. Were you in the same location for over a year? If so, then no, you would not be able to claim the expenses.
If you were traveling to various locations or were not in one spot for the entire year, maintained a home at your home base and had additional costs because of your travel assignment then yes.
