When inputting my private childcare deduction the screen froze and it now, now it won’t show up and it won’t let me input my child care deduction expense

I need to add in private childcare tax information, but it’s not available

Please try the instructions below to enter your childcare expenses:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “childcare”
3. Click on “Jump to childcare”

or

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
3. Click on “Deduction and Credits” tab on top
4. Scroll down and click "Edit" next to "Child and Dependent Care Credit"
