What type of High Deductible Health Plan did Spouse have on December 1, 2020?

My wife moved to the US on Dec 2020 and she got on my health insurance on Jan 2021. I am not sure which option i should go about answering this question?

If your wife is on YOUR health plan, she did not have her own health plan, so 'None' is the answer for the type of HDHP she had.

You will indicate that YOU had a FAMILY plan if your plan covered both of you.
