What screen or section do i reverse refinancing costs for principle residence?

i should have entered these costs for my rental property.

It depends. I had thought i answered this question previously.  if this isn't the answer you are looking for, please clarify your question.  Right now, I assume you are asking how to remove this from your principal residence and this is how you do it. 

1. Log or open Turbo Tax
2. Go to federal>deductions and credits>your home>show more
3. Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098)>revisit
4. Select edit next to the 1098-T that is shown in the summary screen.
5. Scroll through the screens until you get to the screen entitled did you pay points in 2020 when you took out the loan? 
6. Answer this with a no answer and this should erase the information already recorded in the return.
