What is a Use Tax?

I moved to Idaho on Jan 12, 2018.  In the State Return, it wants to know if I purchased anything  online or out of state.  Do I need to calculate everything I purchased over the year, and pay tax again on it?

You only report sales tax that wasn’t levied when you purchased something, usually on the internet.
