What if I live outside the US and do not have a driver' license issued in the US?

I live in Canada and have a Canadian driver's license. The software requires that the driver's license to be issued in one of the states of the US.

The additional ID verification portion is not a requirement in order to file your taxes. You can just leave the whole page blank and click continue.
