This has to do with the NUMBER of vehicles you are operating for your business.  0-4 is one category, then it goes up from there.  Depending on the number of vehicles, it could have an impact on the way your business is treated, which could have possible tax implications.  Most small businesses or rental entities have just one vehicle.  In this case, you simply check the appropriate box and turbotax will do the rest.
