If you have a 1099-Div form, your Foreign Tax is reported in Box 7.

If you want to take a Foreign Tax Credit for this amount, go to this section under Credits & Deductions.

You'll need to enter the amount of Foreign Dividends related to the Foreign Tax you paid here.  You can find this in the supplemental info sent with your 1099-Div, where it may list a % of total dividends,  or list the countries individually and the dividend amount for each.

You can combine the totals for all the countries and enter the total amount as Country 'RIC' in the Foreign Tax Credit section (for Regulated Investment Company).  Or, calculate the % of total dividends, if that's what your supplemental info shows.

Here's more info on How to Calculate Foreign Dividends.
