PMI is not deductible on a 2017 return--the PMI deduction expired in 2016. You can deduct property taxes you paid in 2017 or mortgage interest you paid in 2017. Money you just paid into an escrow account is not deductible. Only the money paid out from the escrow account to pay property tax is deductible. Homeowners insurance for flood, fire, etc. is not deductible.
