No, you cannot deduct the property taxes paid on your property in the Philippines.
For tax years 2018 - 2025, foreign property taxes paid on real estate are not deductible for federal tax purposes. Wisconsin's itemized deduction credit is calculated based on the federal itemized deduction, and would only include items that are deductible on the federal return.
