We own our house, but not the land & we pay a community fee monthly. That covers property tax, lawn care, snow removal & water. Is any of that fee deductible?

None of this fee is deductible.
Although property taxes are deductible, these taxes have to be assessed by the taxing authority in your own name to be deductible.
