My employer initially sent out a W-2 with out qualified OT premium listed in box 14. Then they decided since they were not required by the IRS to do so they were going to issue a corrected W2 with the amount of 0 in box 14 and let the tax preparer calculate it through use of your final 2025 pay stub. This won't change my deduction or refund amount. My question is do I need to amend my return if its not going to change my refund amount?

It sounds like you initially received a W-2 with overtime, and then they corrected it to remove it? While that is unusual, if you have already filed and had your return accepted, I do not advise amending. Please first ensure you agree with the overtime you deducted. Keep in mind, only the "half" pay from time-and-a-half (the overtime premium) is deductible.
Save the W-2c for your records.
Yes Mindy you are correct in your assumptions and I checked their calculations to confirm they were correct before filing. I didn't think I would need to but I wanted an opinion of someone with more experience than myself. I thank you for your reply.
