After entering my vehicle registration it shows on the 2018/2019 comparison but then after the check is run my 2019 amount is 0. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

It may depend on whether or not you are itemizing the deductions or you have maxed out on the deduction.
Vehicle registration is deductible as state and local taxes. This SALT deduction, which also includes real estate taxes, is capped at $10,000. You would only itemize if your total deductions exceeded the standard deduction for your filing status.
Neither apply. I personally think its a glitch in the software. How can I get this fixed?
Not all vehicle registrations are deductible on your return. Only that portion of the registration that is based on the value of your car can be deducted as personal property taxes.
If the total you paid is a fixed amount on all the vehicles, then the registration in not deductible on your return as a tax.
