Company car is not offered...resulting in an accelerated wear and tear on personal vehicle.

Unfortunately, no.

As part of the changes to the tax laws, job related expenses have been removed when you receive a W2.

Even before the changes, you couldn't take the deduction if you had been reimbursed for mileage. The per mile calculation is designed to cover accelerated wear and tear on your personal vehicle, not just the cost of gas.

Unfortunately, no.
