Under what category do I list business deduction for education/training expenses?

I own a business and have education and training I must do to maintain my license. Under what category do I claim this expense? Legal and Professional? Taxes and licenses? Office expense? Misc?

I am guessing Legal and Professional but it isn't listed in the example list for that category and I think this would pretty common.

I would categorize it under Miscellaneous and describe it as Continuing Education.

When do the deductions start for One Big Beautiful Bill for the deductions on paying a car note? Also, would that include my Chevrolet Tahoe and Indian Motorcycle?
