Turbotax loop dependent care credit- cannot continue to enter expense

I have a problem with Dependent Care Credit. When i click "Continue", it is loop back the deduction page. Both of us have W2 file married joint, the kids are under 12 and dependent. I did this step after i finished info and income. I also tried logout and refreshed, but still have the same issue. Does any one have the same issue and how do you solve the problem. Thanks.

There are several pages that have a Continue button. On what page are you clicking Continue when you have the problem? What is the heading on the page?

What do you mean by "the deduction page"? What is the heading on the page that it is going back to?
