TurboTax Free Edition does not support the 1099-SA. It is only supported in Deluxe and above.

The free version does not. You would have to use a paid version.

Seems this should be included in the free version since many lower income taxpayers receive 1099-SA

That's the scam. They then tell you that you don't have enough deductions and you've just blown 40.00 or more. Forced my girlfriend to pay 40 to get a 50 refund. Shouldn't be too hard to handle all 1099's of any kind.
