TurboTax CD Version-How to Delete Schedule SC Massachusetts

On deleting Schedule SC! All information seems to refer to the Online Version of Turbo Tax yet I have the CD Version. Although Turbo Tax fills out the entire Septic Credit Schedule and indicates a Credit of $47 it also indicates an Error of "Non Compliant Tax Year" which is the year of install? I would like to get rid of this Error and the only option is to Delete the Form! BUT-With this version every time I delete the form, it will disappear then return when the Smart Check is run indicating again "Non Compliant Tax Year" in the results! Could someone please help me out on this, as I have had my Taxes completed since January 24th.

It could be that you have a Septic Credit Carryover that is repopulating the Schedule SC after you Delete it.

You will need to go through the questions in this section until you reach a page that says Unused Septic Credit Carryovers.

You would need to look at your 2018 Schedule SC line 15 column C and update the information.
