Turbo Tax Premium - where is the tax specialist support? Mortgage interest paid does not match my deduction. I meet all criteria to deduct it 100%.

When my itemized deductions load, they are pulling the wrong number for the mortgage interest deduction. I've tried deleting all information and retyping it in. My itemized deduction is showing up as X in the Federal Review, and then Y when I go to check out. I am not changing any numbers. How are these different? I don't want to pay Turbo Tax for live advice for what appears to be a software error.

The most important entry that you want to be sure is accurate is the one actually reported on your Schedule A line 8 entries for mortgage interest.

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can print or print preview a copy of your Schedule A after the TurboTax fee is paid.  If you are using a desktop version of TurboTax, you can click the Forms button at the top of the screen and view the Schedule A.
