I paid tuition and received a 1098-T block 1 says tuition and relayed expenses 15782, while grants block 5 is $6094 whewre do I put the overage I paid block 1 from blkock 5?

All you have to do is enter the 1098-T into the education section within TurboTax.  See this link for full instructions.  TurboTax will subtract the amount of your grants and apply any education credits you qualify for.
