TT is saying I don't qualify for Virginia Earned Income Tax Credit (Refundable)

Hi,

Could someone check my return to see why TT is saying this time I don't qualify for the Virginia Earned Income Tax Credit (Refundable)? I qualified last year and everything is virtually the same except I only lived in Virginia for 8 months in 2024. I uploaded my return last night. My token number is: 137774197-84347380.
