Trying to file foreign income but being asked for EIN for payer.... The payer is foreign and has no EIN...

I'm a US citizen living and working overseas.

Trying to complete my federal return as usual, but the new 1099-NEC form is asking for the Payer EIN.

There is no EIN as it's all foreign income from foreign sources ,I can't seem to get Turbo Tax to just treat it as 1099-Misc. What am I doing wrong?
