There was a change in the standard deduction line and I don’t know how to fix that

Did they mail in the amended return?   Or just prepare it for you to file it?   When?  It will take a long time for an amended return to process and show up at the IRS, especially if it was mailed.   Like 6 months or more.

That’s the thing this was done in 2019 we mailed the 1040x form and everything but it still doesn’t show on the records

"this was done in 2019"-----if you amended a return IN 2019 it had to be for an earlier year--like 2018----what tax year are you looking for?   We cannot tell what tax year you are talking about.  A 2018 return would have been filed originally in 2019 if it was filed timely.   A 2019 return would have  been filed in 2020 if it was done timely.   

And if it was done by a paid tax preparer you should be asking the preparer who did it.
