TurboTax really doesn't have "forms" to handle this - there really aren't any IRS forms for this transaction other than a 1099-S - or a specific "I sold a house I inherited" interview, but you can report the sale.
You use the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview, (only available in Premier and above if you are using the online version), you tell TurboTax you didn't get a 1099-B, you tell TurboTax the type of investment you sold is "everything else".
