To delete your child care information / Form 2441, here are the steps:

(Make sure you remove the information under the Child and Dependent Care Credit section as well).  

After sign into your return, at the right upper corner, search for child care credit and then click the  "Jump to" link in your search results.

1.  On the screen, Did you pay for child or dependent care in 2017?  answer Yes. 

2.  Continue to the Whose care did you pay for?  and uncheck all boxes. Click Continue.

3.  On your left, Select Tax Tools / drop down menu

4.  Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form

5.  Select Delete next to Form 2441 and Continue with My Return to proceed
