I am a chha for several years now I am itemizing for the first time I use my personal vehicle and I drive to 4 different towns 5 days a week and 2 on Sunday I am a w2 employee I get paid mileage it's a box 14 and taxable in box 1 can I claim all my miles it's several hundred a week at the standard mileage rate

Yes. If your reimbursement is included in Box 1 of your W-2, then you can claim your mileage at 54 cents per mile (for 2016).  

Keep in mind that commuting mileage to your main job location is not deductible.  You can deduct travel expenses for temporary out-of-town work locations, mileage for when you leave your main work location for a business purpose, and mileage between jobs locations.

Below are the steps to enter your qualified job-related expenses into TurboTax. These expenses go on Schedule A Itemized Deductions where they are subject to the 2% of adjusted-gross-income limit.  This means only the amount over 2% of your adjusted gross income will be deductible on the Schedule A.
